Emma Baxter

I have 23 years of experience in the dental industry, as a dental nurse, manager and trainer. In 2011, I began my career in dentistry as a trainee dental nurse. During my first 10 years, I experienced many different sectors of dental nursing, including prison nursing, armed forces, special care dentistry and general practice nursing. After 10 years of dental nursing and being the head dental nurse, I wanted to try another avenue and develop myself in the dental industry, where I became a practice manager. Since joining Astradent Ltd, I have grown in my career and am now the Business Development Manager. Outside of work, I like spending time with my husband, touring on his motorbike & with our Old English Bulldogge Reggie.

Melanie Andrews

With a background in care and media, which are worlds apart and quite limiting, I decided to train as a dental nurse, and at the grand old age of 36 my career took off. I enjoyed the role and progressed to a practice manager in 2010. From there, I never looked back, working for two of the largest dental corporates in the UK. Eventually, I also realised how much I enjoyed developing individual team members. I joined a dental training company in 2013, where I worked as a compliance trainer, risk assessor, and consultancy support manager for a couple of years. I went on to work with the largest dental corporation in Europe in 2016 as a Practice Manager, moving into their Dental Academy in 2018. I have trained all dental team members, so I was delighted to become part of the Astradent Group as their Group Development Director. Outside of work, I enjoy interior design, cooking and spending time with my daughters and grandson.

Jasleen Batth

I am the Business & Marketing Director of Astradent Ltd and have been with Astradent since 2021. I have a first-class degree in Business Marketing alongside over 5 years of experience within the industry. During my 5 years, I have had experience within various industries including automotive, beauty, entertainment etc, and now at Astradent, I developed my experience and knowledge within Dentistry, Beauty and Aesthetics. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling and keeping active.

Fanni Balogh

I have been a Marketing Executive at Astradent for 1.5 years, building on my Business degree from University College Birmingham. Over the years, I have continuously developed my expertise in digital marketing and brand management. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about exploring diverse cuisines, enjoying cooking dishes from different countries, keeping active, and travelling to new places.
